The industries with the highest demand for entry-level remote positions include customer service, administrative work, medical and health, project management, and operations. Additionally, fields like accounting and finance, sales, computer and IT, education, and insurance also show strong demand for remote talent.

Frana emphasizes that these industries offer transferable skills that are beneficial as workers progress in their careers. For entry-level candidates, roles such as customer service representative, business development representative, and account executive are among the most common.

For new graduates, Frana recommends focusing on relevant experience when applying for these positions. Whether through part-time work, volunteer experience, or college courses, employers appreciate candidates who can demonstrate how their background aligns with the role.

Frana remains hopeful about the future of remote work in 2025, noting that sales and account management fields have seen a significant increase in job openings. This is a positive sign for remote work options across different career levels.
